All of our products are in Asian size which are smaller than US and European sizes. We suggest that youorder 1 to 2 sizes up- meaning if you usually wear a Medium, then Large or X-Large on our shop would fit you best 😊

MULTIPLE PACKAGES WHY ARE MY PACKAGES SEPARATED? We send all our items out as quickly as we can from distribution warehouses, which is why you may receive multiple packages for your order since one item was ready before the other! But please do not worry, your other items are promptly on the way.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION? Absolutely; If you need a tracking number to track the status for your order, please contact us after you receive a confirmation shipping email from us. Please note that the tracking number may not update right away and tracking to certain countries only update upon arrival within the country
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE? Depending on the country you live, shipping internationally usually takes up 3 - 5 weeks at most but for example if you live in the US, Europe or East Asia, it can take up to only 20 or more business days for the package to arrive. For rare cases, shipping may take longer due to weather and waiting for airline to transfer the package.
Holidays, Country Customs, Local Courier Disruptions can also cause delays to the shipping times of up to 45 working days or more.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
For some shipping companies, it may take up to 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the system after the item is shipped. Please contact us if you need assistance.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All orders can be cancelled until they are processed within 24 hours. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours. All cancellations are subject to a handling and restocking fee of 15%.
WILL MY ITEM BE DELIVERY BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or birthday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month where the special day is going to occur. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?
Gotamochi offers a flexible 30 day return and refund policy. Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Therefore if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you are authorized to return the item(s), please follow all of the instructions provided. Item(s) that are unworn, unopened in their original condition may be returned. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees.
